Privacy notice
A practical launch notice for information shared through the Cognilune website. Last updated July 24, 2026.
Information we collect
When you submit a project inquiry, early-access request, partnership note, careers introduction, or contact form, we may collect your name, work email, company, role, selected area of interest, message, consent, source page, and limited technical metadata needed to protect the form from misuse.
How we use it
We use this information to understand and respond to your inquiry, evaluate fit for Cognilune products or services, manage early-access interest, protect the website, and improve how we communicate about relevant work. We do not sell submitted lead information.
Storage and service providers
Submissions are stored in infrastructure used to operate this website. We use Google Workspace to deliver internal notification emails. Service providers process information only to provide their contracted infrastructure or communication function.
Retention and choices
We retain inquiry information for as long as reasonably needed to respond, maintain a business record, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations. You may ask us to correct or delete your submission by emailing sales@cognilune.com, subject to legitimate retention requirements.
Security and scope
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security. This notice covers the public Cognilune company website and not separately operated agent products, which may publish their own notices.
Changes
We may update this notice as the website and company services evolve. Material updates will be reflected on this page. This launch draft should receive legal review before broad commercial use.
